This awesome skirt is all about the sparkle and shine! The purple and the white are prevalent, but there are also tones of sage and of course the browns and light blues of the hem to match the radient, bold flower blooms that go all the way around the spin of the skirt. To balance out all the bright colors I added the prettiest lace above the patches of blue and brown corduroy at the hem. There is a cute pocket on the right, and a drawstring waist with casing that is not too bulky when cinched in for your waist size.

The fabric used was all pre-washed prior to stitching up to test it's integrity. The sparkly purple fabric was actually listed as '100% cotton', and that's pretty much true... except that there are metallic fibers woven in with the cotton fibers. I already prewashed all the material, and it is totally fine with normal, daily use and abuse :) The lace is straight up polyester, so you know that's way durable too!

All the patches are over-edged to prevent fraying and all the seams are at least double-stitched to ensure longevity. This skirt has only been worn in the photos, it is in excellent condition, and you can wash and wear it no problem.
