This skirt is so unique! I wanted to try something a little different than what I usually do with skirts. The result is something that will stand out and be the recipient of many compliments :)

A lot of the patches are squares and rectangles that are pleated at the top. They progress to larger widths from the waist to the hem. Along with the back panel, the hem is wide enough to allow for long running or walking or dancing strides.

This skirt is great for the summer months when all you want is something for the breeze to blow through :) The front patches are all 100% cotton and the drawstring, casing, and back panel consists of a thin polyester which eases up on bulkiness and is even more super light.

There are 2 pockets total: 1 large patch pocket on the right and a hidden-stash inside in the front for your valuables :) The skirt's quality is amazing! It will last through lots of wear and can be machine washed and dried no problem.

All the fabric was pre-washed before sewing to test it's integrity and pre-shrink as needed. The raw edges were all over-edged to prevent fraying and the seams are all double-stitched to ensure longevity. A lot of the seams were also serged for an even more durable, professional finish. This skirt is *brand-new* and has never been worn.
