This incredible tam is made with a mix of fibers consisting of acrylic, cotton, polyester, and wool. It has a comfortable feel. The wool is blended with other materials, so it is not super scratchy.

The tam has a symmetrical design that can be seen when laid flat and the colors used are somewhat patriotic... a greyish blue, a creamy beige, and a deep, rich burgandy. The tam is super roomy so it is great if you have a lot of hair you need up off your neck, or if you just want something comfy and floppy on your head ;)

This crocheted tam is *brand new* and has never been worn. It is in excellent condition. To care for, either hand-wash with detergent and cool water and then lay flat to dry, or it can go through the washing machine on the gentle cycle in cold water and then left laid flat to dry. Using the dryer is not recommended otherwise the yarn will 'pill' or bunch up. Leaving the tam to dry naturally doesn't take very long and will keep it looking great for years!

The sizing is good for larger sizes... be certain to measure around your head and compare to the measurement as listed.
