Hey there...
Thanks to all of you checking out this awesome patchy bag! The colors are so much a blend of all things spring. I made this during the last few moments of Winter 2007, getting a head start on all the beautiful blooms and blossoms to come!

This bag is great for when you have more than just a few things that you need to get from here to there. It is made of all lightweight cotton patches, lovingly stitched together and laid out to mix the various prints and colors just so to recreate the same balance of spread out beauty in nature.

All the fabric is over-edged to prevent fraying and all the seams are double-stitched to ensure longevity. The strap is very strong and sturdy and has a flannel strip in the casing to give it more stability and cushion. The entire bag is lined with one continuous cut of soft flannel that overlaps the bottom of the flap on the front.

One of the best features of this sweet bag is the zippered pocket on the front under the flap. I have one of these on the bag that I've been carrying around for years now, and there's never any worries that my wallet or anything else super important is anywhere other than where it should be. The zipper is 100% polyester and should hold up to many years of use.
