Hey there! This amazing bag was inspired by a quilted throw pillow case that I cut up and re-purposed how you see here. The back of the bag is from the original pillow. It is layered with the patchwork cotton and a polyester batting quilted together. The front flap, the strap and the corduroy facing with the patch pocket were stitched together by me and then everything was pieced together and lined with cotton muslin.

This bag is *brand-new* and has never been used. It is in excellent condition! All the fabric was pre-washed to test its integrity and pre-shrink as needed. All the seams are double-stitched and over-edged to prevent fraying and ensure longevity.

I am really stoked on how the patchwork in this bag came out. I was able to find in my calico stash matching and complimentary fabrics that brought to life the original pillow and balance it into an awesome piece. All the stress points are reinforced so you can use this bag for anything and everything and not worry about rips or tears. As with almost everything I make, this bag is totally fine in the washer and dryer.
